Competition Rules – Guitar Giveaway

Article 1 – Eligibility

  • Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older at the time of entry

  • Employees, board members, or volunteers of Loud & Proud VZW, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation

  • Participation is automatically entered with the purchase of a ticket for Blast From The Past, via online ticket sales only. Only the first 50 tickets sold online qualify for the competition

  • One entry per person is allowed. If the same person purchases multiple tickets, only the first ticket number will be considered

  • The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants suspected of fraud, misuse, or failure to comply with these rules

ARTICLE 2: Competition Process

    • The competition starts when the ticket sale for BFTP 2025 starts. This will be on Sunday 13 April 2025 10am and ends once the 50th ticket is sold.

    • All ticket numbers from the first 50 online sales will be automatically entered into the draw. Each ticket number represents one entry.

    •  

    • The draw will take place before the event and will be conducted in a random and transparent manner, under the supervision of the organizer or a designated volunteer.

  • A random number generator or a manual draw process will be used to ensure fairness.

  • The winner of the winning ticket number will be personally contacted by email using the address provided when purchasing the ticket, within 5 working days after the 50th ticket has been sold.

  • The winner will also be publicly announced at the festival, with the prize presented to them during the event.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the prize notification within 7 calendar days, Loud & Proud VZW will randomly select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. If the new winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of Loud & Proud VZW.

ARTICLE 3: Prize and Awarding

  • The prize is an electric guitar.

  • The winner can choose from up to three models, selected by Loud & Proud VZW.

  • The winner will be contacted personally via the email provided when purchasing the ticket.

  • If the winner does not make a choice within 7 calendar days after being contacted, Loud & Proud VZW will select a model on behalf of the winner.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other goods.

  • The winner agrees that photos or videos may be taken during the prize handover and used by the organization for promotional purposes.

ARTICLE 4: Liability

  • Loud & Proud VZW is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or damages that directly or indirectly result from participation in the competition or the use of the prize.

  • The organizer is not responsible for technical issues or errors during ticket sales that might affect participation in the competition.

ARTICLE 5: Data Protection

  • Personal data collected in connection with this competition will only be used for managing the competition and in accordance with GDPR regulations.

  • Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting info@bftpfestival.com

ARTICLE 6: Final Provisions

  • By participating in this competition, the participant fully agrees to these rules.

  • Loud & Proud VZW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or the rules in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

  • In case of disputes or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer’s decision is final, with no option for appeal.
